 | We had a really terrible experience at teriyaki boy in santana grove, sucat, last sunday. I think that branch is terribly understaffed. We got in at 12noon, the place was packed. We placed our orders and pretty soon the place started emptying. An hour and many empty tables later, our orders hadn't arrived. Apparently guests in four other tables were waiting for an hour like us, and all of them eventually gave up and left. And well.... so did we. This was after we were served california maki with half-cooked rice. That was the only item in our orders that arrived and it wasn't even properly prepared. How can one go wrong with maki?
We ate at Serye instead where the food came almost as soon as we placed the order - and the warm food that arrived tasted great.
Needless to say, we've scratched Teriyaki Boy Santana Grove off our list of places to eat. |
